Gaining expertise in the technical stacks and understanding the organizational work culture and project methodologies at MWT.
Project Development:
Creating new projects using technologies such as Django, FastAPI, Astro, and AWS Infrastructure.
Project Maintenance:
Managing and maintaining existing projects built on WordPress, Laravel, Django, and other platforms.
Requirement Analysis:
Collaborating with Project Owners to analyze requirements and provide actionable insights for project execution.
Support Ticket Resolution:
Analyzing support tickets raised by stakeholders and delivering effective resolutions.
Staff Training:
Providing training sessions to staff members in Full Stack Development to enhance their skills and productivity.
Documentation and Logs:
Maintaining a detailed work log of daily activities and repository commits for the review process.
