Job Description
Drive direct student enrolments and achieve monthly/intake targets
Enhance the efficiency to improve student conversion rates.
Develop, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
Conduct leadership training and succession planning , drive innovation and best practices in sales strategies.
Ensure all applications comply with visa and university admission regulations
Plan and assess recruitment events, school visits, and fairs to maximize outreach.
Gather feedback from students to improve the overall enrolment experience.
Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (preferred).
Relevant certifications in marketing, recruitment, or leadership can be advantageous
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in a managerial role in international student recruitment.
Skills & Knowledge:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Leadership skills and a result-driven approach is essential.
Proven skills in managing a recruitment team and achieving enrollment goals.
Experienced in using Microsoft Office tools.
