What We Value in Our Ideal Candidate:
- A student-centric approach—supporting student course progress, maintaining high completion rates, and providing guidance beyond training to assist students in securing employment.
- Extensive expertise in RTO operational management, compliance, and curriculum delivery—demonstrating a deep understanding of training standards, assessment practices, and quality assurance.
- Strong relationship-building skills—the ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships with industry, government, and community stakeholders to ensure training remains relevant and industry-aligned.
- Proven leadership capabilities—motivating and inspiring teams, managing change effectively, and fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
- Sound knowledge of funding, accreditation, and legislative frameworks (including ASQA, ESOS) to ensure ongoing compliance and strategic growth.
