We are seeking an experienced and proactive Deputy National Placement Coordinator to support and strengthen the delivery of high-quality student work placements across our campuses and industry partners.
This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a highly organised and relationship-focused professional who is passionate about student success, operational excellence, and industry collaboration.
About the Role
The Deputy National Placement Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, compliance, and continuous improvement of student work placements across multiple campuses and delivery locations.
Working closely with placement teams, academic departments, industry partners, and operational stakeholders, the role ensures students receive meaningful, compliant, and industry-relevant placement experiences that support successful transition into the workforce.
The role is based in Melbourne and may involve travel between campuses and engagement with placement providers.
Work Conditions
- This role is primarily campus-based in Melbourne
- Opportunity to engage with industry partners and healthcare providers across multiple location
- Occasional travel between campuses and placement provider sites may be required
- Flexible and balanced working arrangements are supported in accordance with operational requirements
- Reasonable additional hours, including evening or weekend work, may occasionally be required in accordance with applicable employment legislation and operational needs
