About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Deputy National Placement Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and compliance of student clinical placements across multiple campuses. This role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality placement outcomes aligned with regulatory and industry requirements.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Support national coordination of student placements across IHNA
Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and placement requirements
Liaise with hospitals, industry partners, and internal stakeholders
Monitor placement availability, utilisation, and student allocation
Maintain accurate placement records and reporting systems
Assist in resolving placement issues and student escalations
Key Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Health, Education, Business Administration, or related field
Relevant experience in Vocational Education & Training (VET)
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks – desirable
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in placement coordination, academic administration, or student services

Strong knowledge of ASQA, AQF, and VET sector requirements
