About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Deputy National Placement Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and compliance of student clinical placements across multiple campuses. This role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality placement outcomes aligned with regulatory and industry requirements.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support national coordination of student placements across IHNA
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and placement requirements
  • Liaise with hospitals, industry partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor placement availability, utilisation, and student allocation
  • Maintain accurate placement records and reporting systems
  • Assist in resolving placement issues and student escalations

Key Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health, Education, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant experience in Vocational Education & Training (VET)
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks – desirable

Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in placement coordination, academic administration, or student services
