About the Role
This role combines student recruitment, relationship management, and business development. You will be responsible for driving student enrolments while also identifying new opportunities to expand our reach through partnerships and market insights.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in student recruitment, admissions, or education consulting who also enjoys building networks and contributing to growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and convert student enquiries into enrolments
Guide prospective students through course selection and application process
Build and maintain relationships with education agents, partners, and referral networks
Identify and develop new recruitment channels and partnership opportunities
Conduct market research to understand student demand and industry trends
Support and execute strategies to increase student enrolments and market reach
Promote courses through events, education fairs, and outreach activities
Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to improve student acquisition
Maintain accurate records and track performance using CRM systems

About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in student recruitment, admissions, or education consulting
OR has a background in sales, business development, or client relationship management within education
Is confident in building relationships and networking with external partners
Has strong communication and negotiation skills
Is proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented
Can analyse trends and identify new growth opportunities
Highly Regarded (but not essential)
Experience working in an RTO, TAFE, or higher education provider
Knowledge of international student recruitment and visa processes
Existing network of education agents or industry contacts
