About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Training Manager to lead and oversee training delivery, academic quality, and compliance across multiple campuses.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for ensuring consistency in training delivery, enhancing trainer capability, improving student outcomes, and maintaining full regulatory compliance within the Australian VET sector.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and standardise training delivery quality across campuses
  • Monitor and improve student progression, completion & retention
  • Ensure trainer compliance, capability development & performance
  • Oversee assessment validation and moderation processes
  • Maintain compliance with ASQA, ESOS, CRICOS & VET standards
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data insights
  • Collaborate with marketing & operations to support enrolment growth
  • Contribute to strategic planning and academic performance reporting
  • Lead and oversee day-to-day campus operations, including staff performance management, timetable coordination, and effective resource planning
  • Drive student experience excellence by maintaining high satisfaction levels and effective support services
  • Ensure compliance and audit readiness, acting as the key escalation point for operational and student matters

Key Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health, Education, or related field

Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years in academic leadership (e.g., Course Coordinator / Academic Lead)
  • Strong experience in RTO compliance & ASQA audits
  • Proven experience managing multi-campus or large training teams
