Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Placement Coordinator to join the us at IHNA
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain partnerships with healthcare facilities to secure and manage clinical placements in line with program standards.
Coordinate with healthcare providers on student expectations, placement schedules, and periodic feedback.
Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations related to clinical placements.
Support students during placements through orientation, guidance, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with academic staff and clinical supervisors to align placements with curriculum outcomes and monitor performance.
Ensure assessments and assignments are marked in accordance with institutional policies.
Desired Skills and Experience
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing
Current AHPRA registration (Division 1 RN)
Minimum 2 years of experience
TAE40122 / TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Desirable)
Passion for nursing education, mentorship, and student engagement
The successful candidate will be required to undertake clinical facilitation as part of their responsibilities.
