Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver training for CHC52021 Diploma of Community Services (and subsequent training package updates) across on-campus, online and blended modes.
Conduct assessments and competency-based evaluations aligned to CHC training package requirements and the Standards for RTOs 2025.
Participate in and lead validation and continuous improvement activities to support ongoing compliance.
Provide student support, including LLN strategies, mentoring and guidance for multicultural and diverse learners.
Coordinate and monitor industry placements, liaising with community services partners as required.
Maintain accurate administrative records, assessment evidence and reporting in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.
Desired Skills and Experience
Essential Requirements
TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent), meeting the Credential Policy under the Standards for RTOs 2025
CHC52021 Diploma of Community Service or higher relevant qualification.
Minimum 2 years' full-time industry experience in community services, case management or a related field.
Demonstrated vocational competency, industry currency and ongoing professional development aligned to the Standards for RTOs 2025.
Desirable Experience
Proven delivery of VET programs in adult education, including online and workplace settings.
Strong understanding of RTO compliance, validation and assessment practices.
Experience contextualising training for multicultural cohorts and supporting learners with LLN needs.
Experience coordinating placements and working with industry partners.
