About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and professional Administration / Student Support Officer to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting students throughout their academic journey and ensuring the smooth functioning of campus operations.
You will be the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, providing high-quality administrative and student support services in a dynamic educational environment.
Desired Skills and Experience
Key Responsibilities
Assist in organising orientation days, welcome sessions, and induction programs.
Work with Course Coordinators to support students with learning plans and study needs.
Provide timely assistance and guidance to both local and international students.
Maintain accurate student records, files, and administrative documentation.
Respond to enquiries and ensure prompt follow-up through online support channels.
Collaborate with the Clinical Placement Coordinator to arrange and manage student placements.
Support admissions, enrolments, and general campus operations.
Uphold IHNA’s values by ensuring a positive and professional experience for all students.
Selection Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, reception, or student support.
Experience within an RTO or education environment is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong Microsoft Office and IT proficiency.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Sound understanding of ASQA and regulatory standards is highly desirable.
