About the Role
As a Clinical Simulation Officer, you’ll bridge theory and practice by creating immersive clinical experiences that prepare students for real-world nursing practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and facilitate simulation and skills lab sessions.
Prepare and maintain simulation labs, equipment, and consumables.
Collaborate with educators to align simulations with curriculum outcomes.
Engage students to achieve confidence and competence in nursing skills.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current AHPRA registration.
Experience in clinical education, nursing simulation, or facilitation.
Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
Passionate about innovative learning and shaping future healthcare professionals.
Committed to maintaining high standards of clinical and educational excellence.
