About the Role
As a Nurse Educator, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of nursing education by guiding students through academic and clinical learning.
You will:
Deliver and assess the HLT54121 – Diploma of Nursing program
Facilitate clinical placements and simulated training sessions
Mentor and support students to build clinical confidence and competence
Maintain professional and industry currency
Contribute to continuous improvement of curriculum and teaching quality
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
You are a proactive and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) who enjoys supporting and empowering students.
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing
Current AHPRA registration (Division 1 RN)
Minimum 2 years’ clinical experience
TAE40122 / TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Passion for nursing education, mentorship, and student engagement
Experience as a Nurse Educator is highly regarded.
