Job Description

About the Role

As a Nurse Educator, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of nursing education by guiding students through academic and clinical learning.

You will:

  • Deliver and assess the HLT54121 – Diploma of Nursing program
  • Facilitate clinical placements and simulated training sessions
  • Mentor and support students to build clinical confidence and competence
  • Maintain professional and industry currency
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of curriculum and teaching quality
 

Desired Skills and Experience

About You

You are a proactive and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) who enjoys supporting and empowering students.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing
  • Current AHPRA registration (Division 1 RN)
  • Minimum 2 years’ clinical experience
  • TAE40122 / TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Passion for nursing education, mentorship, and student engagement

Experience as a Nurse Educator is highly regarded.
