Job Description

The Accounts Manager takes responsibility for the efficient management of finance of Health Careers International. The Accounts Manager directs and coordinates the daily activities of the accounting staff to quickly and accurately record the revenues, expenditures, assets and liabilities of HCI. The Accounts Manager should assist the Finance Manager in preparing the annual financial statements and coordinate during the annual financial audit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management.
  • Monitor budget performance, analyze financial variances, and recommend cost-saving measures.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making on investments, revenue growth, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and oversee financial reporting, audits, and statutory submissions.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders and service providers to ensure efficient financial operations.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy, integrity, and professional growth.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is preferred.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and budgeting.
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, cost control, accounts management, and internal controls.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or senior accounting role.
  • Proven ability to develop budgets, prepare financial reports, and analyze financial data effectively.

  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to liaise with client and colleagues
  • Experience of contributing to a team environment
  • Capacity to use relevant accounting software and Windows based networks (MSOffice Suite).
  • Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage and lead team to achieve results
  • Ability to work under pressure and individually.

Benefits:

  • Salary Ranges from Rs80,000 to Rs1,00,000 per month based on relevant experience.
