About The Role:
This role is essential in driving student enrollment by promoting IHNA courses. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions, corporate clients, and key stakeholders, and driving enrollment growth. Responsibilities include market research, lead generation, partnership development, and achieving revenue targets. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented professional with strong business development expertise, relationship management skills, and a strategic approach to growth in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective student recruitment strategies, ensuring a steady increase in the number of enrolled students.
Implement revenue-generating initiatives, monitor financial performance, and explore opportunities for diversified revenue streams.
Identify, negotiate, and formalize partnerships that contribute to the growth and reputation of IHNA
Optimize marketing and communication strategies to enhance the conversion of prospective students into enrolled students
Execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, represent the institution at events, and implement branding initiatives to enhance IHNA's reputation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, educational institutions, and community networks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in business development within the education sector, preferably in Australia.
Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote educational institutions.
Strong understanding of the Australian education system and familiarity with relevant industry regulations.
Ability to negotiate and finalize agreements with educational institutions, industry bodies, and other relevant partners.
Proficiency in using data analytics tools, CRM, and Microsoft
Must willing to travel across Australia
