Job Description

About The Role:

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving enrolment growth for our online domestic programs.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and revenue
•    Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the online education sector
•    Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners
•    Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
•    Collaborate with internal teams to enhance our online program offerings
•    Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
 

Desired Skills and Experience

Required Skills and Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
•    Proven experience in business development, preferably in the education sector
•    Must willing to travel across Australia
•    Must be available Monday-Friday and some weekends if travelling
•    Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
•    Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•    Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
•    Sound knowledge of ASQA RTO standards 
•    Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team


Desired Attributes:


•    MBA or relevant qualification or a minimum of two years of Australian domestic student experience
•    Experience in online education or e-learning platforms
•    Understanding of the Australian Healthcare Education landscape
