About The Role:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving enrolment growth for our online domestic programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and revenue
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the online education sector
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance our online program offerings
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Desired Skills and Experience
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in business development, preferably in the education sector
Must willing to travel across Australia
Must be available Monday-Friday and some weekends if travelling
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
Sound knowledge of ASQA RTO standards
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Attributes
MBA or relevant qualification or a minimum of two years of Australian domestic student experience
Experience in online education or e-learning platforms
Understanding of the Australian Healthcare Education landscape
