Job Description

About the Position 
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Advertising Specialist to join our dynamic team. Based at our Melbourne Lonsdale office and operating Monday to Friday, you will play a key role in supporting our organisation through the development and execution of impactful advertising campaigns. This position involves planning and implementing strategies to drive brand awareness, attract target audiences, and support business growth. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual looking to excel in all aspects of advertising and marketing.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive advertising strategies and campaigns to align with sales and marketing objectives.
  • Advise senior executives and clients on effective advertising approaches to engage target audiences, enhance brand awareness, and highlight the key benefits of products and services.
  • Oversee the end-to-end production of advertising campaigns, including coordinating artwork, copywriting, media scripting, television and film production, and media placement, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline constraints.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and preferences through data analysis to optimize advertising efforts and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor and forecast consumer trends and market demands, leveraging insights to guide future advertising strategies and decisions.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to evaluate potential demand and the characteristics of markets for new and existing products and services.
  • Contribute to the company’s growth by developing and executing marketing plans, recommending pricing strategies, and advising on distribution channels and promotional strategies.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in advertising, media, or marketing.
