The incumbent will play a vital role in fostering a positive learning environment by providing comprehensive support services to students.
Your responsibilities may include:
Ensure prompt and effective communication with students to address their queries and concerns.
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the overall student experience and satisfaction.
Monitor academic progress, identify at-risk students, and collaborate with academic staff for intervention.
Develop and implement strategies to address the mental health and well-being of students, ensuring access to appropriate resources
Implement strategies to identify and support at-risk students, contributing to improved retention and academic outcomes
Streamline administrative processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy in managing student records.
