Job Description

IHM is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator (Marketing Specialist) to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that support student acquisition, brand positioning, and institutional growth.

This role requires a high level of analytical, strategic, and operational capability including market research, marketing strategies, campaign development, and performance analysis.

Desired Skills and Experience

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and evaluate integrated marketing strategies to promote IHM programs across domestic and international markets

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audience insights

Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, social media, SEO/SEM, email, events) to drive student enrolments

Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and provide data-driven recommendations for optimisation

Manage and enhance IHMs digital presence, including website content, search visibility, and engagement metrics

Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with education agents, universities, and industry stakeholders

Ensure all marketing activities comply with CRICOS, TEQSA, ESOS Act, and National Code requirements

Coordinate and deliver marketing events, including open days, expos, and recruitment campaigns

Prepare detailed reports on marketing ROI, lead generation, and conversion performance

 

Selection Criteria

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a marketing specialist or similar role

Demonstrated experience in strategic marketing planning and campaign execution

Skills and Competencies:

Strong expertise in digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, CRM       systems, social media platforms)

Proven ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively

Knowledge of the Australian education sector and regulatory environment (desirable)
