Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end student admissions, including applications, assessments, offers, and enrolments for domestic and international cohorts.
Ensure TEQSA compliance and Higher Education Standards Framework (HESF) alignment in all admissions processes and student records.
Oversee ESOS Act & National Code obligations, CRICOS registrations, visa compliance, and English proficiency evaluations.
Maintain data integrity in student management systems (SMS/CRM) and deliver accurate regulatory reporting.
Drive continuous improvement in admissions policies, procedures, and stakeholder collaboration.
Lead teams to optimise enrolment management and support student lifecycle transitions.
Desired Skills and Experience
Essential Requirements
Demonstrated experience in Australian higher education admissions management, compliant with TEQSA, HESF 2021, ESOS Act & National Code.
Strong knowledge of domestic/international student admissions, entry criteria, offer processing, and student visa requirements.
Proven skills in student records, data integrity, and reporting using SMS/CRM systems.
Experience with CRICOS, quality assurance, and regulatory frameworks in higher education.
Leadership ability in process improvement and team management.
Relevant tertiary qualification in business, education, or administration.
Desirable Skills and Experience
Expertise in admissions CRM tools.
Background in higher education marketing or conversion strategies.
Certification in compliance or student services management.
