Job Description

About Role:

The Academic Quality Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating quality assurance processes to ensure that academic programs meet regulatory and institutional standards. This role involves collaborating closely with academic staff, the Academic Quality Manager, and other stakeholders to support course development, accreditation, and compliance activities. The coordinator ensures alignment with the Higher Education Standards Framework, oversees the submission of new course proposals and periodic reviews, and audits learning resources in the Learning Management System (LMS). Additionally, the coordinator plays a key role in maintaining

The Academic Quality Coordinator is expected to perform the following along with additional duties as required to meet the requirements of the role:

 

  • Coordinating course development and review, including new course proposals, periodic evaluations, and accreditation management.
  • Collaborating with academic teams to maintain accreditation and benchmarking compliance through effective data recording, planning, and management.
  • Monitoring policies and procedures to ensure alignment with accreditation standards, particularly the Higher Education Standards Framework.
  • Auditing LMS learning resources to uphold quality standards and compliance requirements.


 

 

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • PhD or a minimum of 10 years of experience in academic quality assurance, curriculum development, or higher education administration.
  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Higher Education Administration, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in curriculum development, assessment practices, and quality assurance in an educational setting.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general computer skills.
  • Experience working effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong record management and office administration skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.

Benefits:

  • Salary Ranges from Rs80,000 to Rs1,00,000 per month based on relevant experience.
